What is the guest capacity at CNTR?
CNTR is perfect for micro events. the capacity is 50 people.
Is event insurance required?
We carry insurance so you do not need to have insurance in most cases.
Do you offer tables and chairs?
Yes. we offer chairs for rent at $2 each, 6' long tables at $15 each and have a contact for 8' round tables.
Can I bring alcohol?
Yes if you obtain a permit from the Virginia ABC.
Can I bring my own food?
Yes
Do you have getting ready space?
Yes
Do you have parking?
There is street parking and a paid parking lot within walking distance.
Can I use real candles?
Real candles are allowed if you obtain the necessary event insurance.
How do I secure my date?
You can fill out our contact form or detailed rental inquiry form and someone will be in touch within 24 hours.
Can I affix anything to the walls?
This is handled on a case-by-case basis
What time will I have access to the building?
During the agreed rental time.
Can I bring my own vendors?
Yes
Who sets up tables and chairs?
We do, but if you prefer to, you can.
What clean up is required?
Bagging up your trash (trash bags provided). Cleaning up any major spills. But we do the rest.
Can I view the space?
Yes, just contact us and we would be happy to give you a tour of CNTR.
Do you allow music outdoors?
Is there a kitchen on site?
There is a refrigerator and freezer onsite.
What time must my event conclude?
At the end of the time booked. For example, if you rented CNTR for 4 hours from 12-4pm, your event would need to conclude by 4pm
